Where are your perfumes made?

Our team imagines the scents. The perfumes are then made in Haute-Savoie or Grasse, by noses.

Where do your minerals come from?

All our minerals are 100% natural.

We select minerals for their fragrance diffusion capacity. They come from Germany, South America and Africa.

Candles

Are Iumé candles made in France?

Yes, our candles are made in France because we want to promote our French know-how.

How are Iumé candles made?

Each candle is poured by hand and receives special care from our wax maker.

What type of wax is used in your candles?

We only use vegetable wax, without GMOs or pesticides.

How long do candles last?

Iumé candles (180gr) burn on average 50 hours. Thanks to their vegetable wax, they last longer than most traditional candles.
However, this burning time may vary depending on the conditions of use.

How should I care for my candle?

We recommend burning your candle according to the instructions for use on our website.

Here they are again:

• When using it for the first time, let the candle burn until its entire surface is liquid (approximately 2.5-3 hours). This prevents the formation of a cavity and a deposit on the glass.
• Trim the wick regularly to prevent the candle from smoking and refocus it for an even burn.
• Using a snuffer prevents black smoke and preserves the scent

Sprays

What do your indoor sprays contain?

Our interior sprays are composed of a mixture of natural perfume concentrate and alcohol. Added to the perfume are small stones which add a decorative touch to your interior.

Our sprays do not contain gas, unlike some brands.

The scent of my spray does not last.

Our interior sprays are intended to create an immediate fragrant atmosphere. To revive the scent, a few sprays will be enough.
If you want to enjoy a continuous olfactory experience, we invite you to discover our range of scented mineral diffusers and also our scented candles which diffuse for several hours.

Payment and order

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept CB, Visa and Master Card and also the Paypal service.

Can I use my bank card securely on your website?

A secure payment system is in place on our website www.iume-france.com. Payments are made on an external platform via a payment provider – Stripe – offering 3D Secure measures.

I did not receive an order confirmation email.

If your order has been taken into account, you will quickly receive a confirmation email with your order number. It is possible that the confirmation email is automatically classified in your 'Junk Mail' or 'Spam'. We invite you to check it out.

Otherwise, you can contact us via our email address contact@iume-france.com, and we will send you your order confirmation again.

Upon receipt, my merchandise was damaged. Can I get a refund?

When your order is delivered, please check with the carrier that the product is in good condition and has not suffered damage during transport. It is normal for the shipping box to show signs of wear, however, if the package has suffered visible damage during transport that raises questions, you should not accept the package, it must be returned immediately to the driver.

I would like to modify / cancel my order.

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days, upon receipt of your package, to return your order. To do this, we invite you to contact us via our email address: contact@iume-france.com

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to our customers in France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and USA.

What are the delivery times and costs?

 Delivery times and costs are calculated automatically once your delivery address has been entered.

In all countries, except Switzerland and the USA, shipping costs are free for all orders over €75.
